Shipping Rates & Delivery – All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Services) and should arrive within 3-7 days after processing. If international or overnight shipping is needed, please contact us here for rates and options. YOU MAY BE CONTACTED IF ADDITIONAL FEES ARE REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. *Please note – If you choose to place an international order without first contacting us for rates, you may possibly be notified that an additional shipping fee must be paid in order to have your order shipped. * Also note that some items may be shipped from the manufacturer via another carrier (FedEx or UPS). Returns & Exchanges – At TMBE, we take pride in giving 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back within a 30 day period for a full refund. Our only exceptions are SALE and/or PERSONALIZED ITEMS. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned or exchanged must be in the original package, undamaged and with no unusual odors. Clothing must have the original tags and should not have been worn. Shipping charges will not be returned for any reason. If returning items purchased with the free shipping offer the standard cost of shipping WILL BE subtracted from the refund.
